No one does angry quite like Luis Vasquez. New track Burn is intense and brilliantly cathartic in the way only The Soft Moon knows how. New album out Feb 2nd on Sacred Bones.
London-based DIY punk rock trio Slowcoaches head off on tour this week (the awesome Monster Treasure support on a bunch of the dates) and they’ve just released a new single in ‘Complex’ which rages against toxic masculinity in the music industry. And beyond. It’s a ripper.

Gregg Kowalsky’s new track “Maliblue Dream Sequence” sounds pretty much as the title describes. It’s a shimmering fuzz of melancholy warmth and it’s bloody beautiful. Taken from his new album L’Orange, L’Orange, which comes out on Nov 10th via Mexican Summer.
I’ll be honest, I haven’t a clue who Dave Clarke is, but apparently he’s back after a 14 year hiatus which is great because he’s got Anika of Exploded View to lend her unmistakable vocals to his new song. It’s really very good indeed and also as good an excuse as any to spend the rest of the day listening through Anika’s back catalogue of work, both solo and with Exploded View. Cheers to that.
Baxter Dury is back! His new album ‘Prince of Tears’ is out October 27th and this is the first taste from it. Can’t wait! All the info you need to own a copy is here: http://smarturl.it/BD_POT
